Women need more care and attention towards their health not because they are weak but because they are responsible for bringing new lives. Physically, Socially and Mentally Healthy women are an asset to society. Biologically women undergo many transformations in their bodies in different phases of their life. However, a few tips can help women cherish the journey of nine months and remain healthy.

Pay special attention to vaginal care. You may experience pain, soreness, discharge, small blood clots, contractions during the first few days of pregnancy. Medicines by experts will help you recover. Give time to your body to heal and avoid any strenuous activity for a few weeks after the birth of a baby.
